Over the years I took part in several academic projects as a researcher or a research assistant. Below is a partial list of them.

The Hebrew University Bible Project (HUBP)
Established in 1956, this large-scale project deals with creating a scientific edition of the Bible based on the Aleppo Codex. The edition includes textual variants from the ancient translations, the Dead Sea Scrolls, Rabbinic literature, and medieval manuscripts, including manuscripts found at the Cairo Genizah. I am in charge of the Aleppo Codex text and masorah and the medieval manuscripts' versions, as well as a member of the translations team led by the head of the project, Prof. Michael Segal.

The Masorah of MS Sassoon 1053
In this project, led by Prof. Yosef Ofer from Bar-Ilan University, we are preparing a critical edition of the masorah magna of MS Sassoon 1053, which may be the most ancient codex of the entire Hebrew Bible known today.

Mikraot Gedolot ‘HaKeter’
This project, headed By Prof. Menachem Cohen from Bar-Ilan University, focuses on preparing a critical edition of the Mikraot Gedolot - the text, masorah, Targums and commentaries - according to ancient manuscripts. The text of the Bible is based on the Aleppo Codex. An online version with advanced search tools accompanies the printed edition. I took part mainly in collating the text of the commentaries on Ezra-Nehemiah and Chronicles.

Nahmanides’ Torah Commentary Addenda
After Rabbi Moses ben Nahman came to the land of Israel, he edited his Torah commentary and wrote about 300 additions. This was revealed through the comparison of the many manuscripts of the commentary in this project of Prof. Yosef Ofer and Prof. Jonathan Jacobs. I assisted the project in its last year, collating manuscripts and preparing the variations apparatus.
